Learning to write well is one of the best investments you can make in a career. This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to write an email, memo and letter according to a Company Style Guide.

Learning Outcomes
1. Plan a document determining the audience, purpose, format, tone and method of communication.
2. Produce and edit basic business documents including emails, memos and letters.
3. Follow organisational policies, procedures and document style guides.
4. Proofread documents for basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation as well as structure and audience suitability.
5. Follow accepted communication practices and protocols.

By successfully completing this course an Essential Skills Certificate will be automatically issued.
